July/August Calendar

July 7-27 Developing a new set of cliffs near Amalga Harbor. A couple cliffs were already cleaned and set for top rope by Ammon McNeely so you may want to bring your climbing shoes but there are a lot more that can be developed. The cliffs are called the Merwitch Cliffs because the landscape and the sea can make you think of mermaids and witches. The goal is to go out there and clean and drill some bolts. Call or text Carl for more info 723-9323.  We plan to meet at the SAGA Eagle Valley Center at 5PM and you can walk from there. Some people may go out earlier. You will need a harness and ATC at a minimum. If you own a rope, drill, wire brush, and/or scraping tools. I like to clean with a hoe and wire brush. Call or Text Carl if you plan to go. 723-9323
